SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We will ship your orders in as timely a manner as possible. Standard shipping rates will be included unless otherwise specified in the order details. Products will be shipped ground, using the most appropriate carrier at the time for your specific delivery address unless otherwise specified in the order. If we get confirmation that the carrier is at fault for not delivering your item. We will promptly send out a replacement if (1.) It is confirmed permanently lost by the carrier, or (2.) It has been more than 5 business days since the original estimated delivery date to give the carrier a chance to find and deliver the lost package. Refund/Return Policy
We offer full refunds on quality related issues as we stand behind the extensive testing of our ingredients and the quality of our product, as well as the FDA inspected GMP facility that our product is manufactured in.

We do not accept returns on supplements due to safety concerns. First time orders that are returned as undeliverable, refused at point of delivery or otherwise returned without prior authorization are eligible for a refund per the policy above less inbound/return shipping fees that we are charged to recover your order. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time the order is received by our warehouse for these to be processed.
